July 2020 update – The Covid-19 restrictions are preventing outdoor dining. The Marlin is closed as of July 8th but you can get pizza, sandwiches and seafood at the Triton restaurant next door while The Marlin rebuilds their sidewalk for outdoor dining.
The Marlin is a restaurant and bar in Beach Haven.
Mini golf was open in Beach Haven and other towns on Long Beach Island as of July 3rd 2020.
The Surflight Theater is adding an outdoor theater under a tent in the Veterans Memorial Field in Beach Haven.

I heard stories from my Dad about the ski jump in the bay. As I was going through some old slides, I found some images.
A visit to the Barnegat Lighthouse and Park is a great way to spend a day. The Barnegat Lighthouse was built in 1855. It was designed by the Union Army General George “Snapping Turtle” Meade. Old Barney stands 165 feet high.
The Barnegat Lighthouse at sunset. The Barnegat Light State Park has trails, fishing and an awesome view of the lighthouse and inlet. When the lighthouse is open, the view from the top is spectacular.
